Overview
My client are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation and delivery of SAP solutions to their clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP technologies and methodologies, strong project management skills, and the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to post-implementation support.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage project resources, including team members, consultants, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks.
- Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project stakeholders.
- Resolve project issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular project reviews and status reports.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP project delivery, including implementation and support.
- Proven track record of successful SAP project management.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and technologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Certification in SAP project management or a related field is preferred.
